?Tienes Empanadas?

In an effort to fully immerse ourselves in the Costa Rican culture, outside of daily interactions with our host families, conversations in Spanish both in and outside of the classroom, dance classes and picking up sayings like, "solo pollo" or "con mucho gusto!", we took a COOKING CLASS!!! In this class, we learned how to make empanadas with plantains, cheese, beans, and oil! What we received, was a patty of "deliciousness!" ;) Take a look!
